Hot melt adhesive film product description
1: Common thickness 50μm, 75μm, 100μm, 125μm, 150μm, special specifications can be customized;
2: The width of the conventional whole roll is 48cm, 50cm, 96cm, 138cm, 150cm, 152cm, special specifications can be customized, and small specifications can be cut roll by roll;
3: The substrate is a commonly recommended specification, the substrate can be replaced according to customer requirements, and some products can produce substrate-free film;
4: Bonding strength is 100μm thick film, using flat ironing machine and ordinary cotton cloth at normal room temperature, the test data will be different due to different materials and processes;
5: The bonding conditions can be adjusted appropriately according to the customer's tools, different materials, thickness and processing conditions;
6: The bonding material may be affected by factors such as material formulation and surface treatment, and may cause poor bonding during use. Special materials can be adjusted in combination with the actual process.
